Sprint 11 was released on August 27th, 2026
This release expands how contracts and bids can be signed, extends the requirements bank introduced last sprint, and gives buyers more control over how procurement and contract listings are displayed. Several other improvements round out stories we started earlier this year.

🏢 For Contracting Authorities
New Requirements Bank → Phase 2
Phase 2 rounds out the structured requirements experience introduced last sprint.
- Requirements carry through from templates, into procurements and planned procurements, contracts, evaluation, and the supplier's bid
- Inside the smart contract, buyers can now add requirement sections and individual requirements directly, insert a link to a section, and expand any section to see and add requirements in a table
- Requirements added in the contract render cleanly in the document preview, matching how they'll actually appear
- Requirements can be reordered by drag-and-drop across sections
- Requirements support file attachments, and a toggle lets buyers turn on general document uploads where needed
- Price and cost award criteria now live in the award criteria section instead of the requirements section
- The new price-matrix input type lets you capture structured, spreadsheet-style pricing directly inside the cost/price criteria
Benefit: Building and maintaining a requirements bank now supports the input types and flexibility real procurement teams need, day to day.

Redact Bids Before Sharing With the Market
- Buyers can now redact bids in Artifik.
- Buyers get an AI-assisted "Redact bid" action that suggests sensitive information to black out — prices, trade secrets, personal data — with full manual control to mark anything else
Benefit: Handling requests to inspect a bid becomes a structured, traceable process instead of manual editing outside the platform.

📋 General Improvements
More Ways to Sign: Buypass and Swedish BankID
Signing just got more flexible for buyers and suppliers on both sides of the border.
- Buypass is now available as a digital signing method alongside Signicat/BankID, giving Norwegian users another strong, qualified signature option
- Swedish BankID is now supported for signing contracts and bids, opening the door for Swedish suppliers and organisations to sign natively
- The signing confirmation document also has a fresh, enhanced look now
Benefit: Whoever you work with, and whichever eID they use, signing a contract or a bid no longer has to mean stepping outside your comfort zone or outside the platform.
Communication Per Call-off
Each call-off gets its own messaging thread with the supplier, so requesters and sub-organisations without access to the framework agreement can still communicate directly.
Benefit: Call-offs are clearer to communicate around, especially for sub-organisations working under a shared framework agreement.
Interactive Price Tables in the Smart Editor
A new spreadsheet-style request in the smart editor under the award criteria lets suppliers fill in structured pricing directly in a table instead of a separate Excel file.
Benefit: Structured pricing responses live in the same document suppliers already work in, cutting down on separate spreadsheets and manual reconciliation.
Custom Views for KGV/KAV Listings
Buyers and suppliers can now save and switch between their own custom views of the KGV/KAV procurement listing, instead of relying on one fixed layout.
Benefit: Find what you need faster with a listing view that matches how you actually work.
