🏢 For contracting authorities
Improved access management for framework agreements and DPS
The access logic for framework agreements and DPS across the organisation hierarchy has been improved. Visibility, creation, and sending of call-offs and mini-competitions now work correctly for all roles, across the owner organisation, sibling organisations, and sub-organisations. The framework agreement owner and DPS owner have full visibility and administrative access across all shared organisations.
Benefit: Correct and predictable access management for organisations using framework agreements or DPS across multiple units.
Comprehensive smart contracts workflow
Significant improvements have been made to smart contracts to support better structuring and usability. You can now follow the entire process from contract creation to signing.
- Improved template management with new components such as margin sections and award criteria as a new dynamic field
- UI improvements for a smoother user experience
- Improved flow from KAV to signing, with better handling of the full contract lifecycle
Benefit: A seamless and efficient process from contract draft to signed agreement.

Norwegian environmental award criteria and updated exception flow in eForms
Doffin now displays an environmental icon on notices from Artifik where climate and environmental considerations are weighted.
The flow for climate and environmental considerations has also been updated. The manual confirmation has been removed, the system now automatically evaluates whether the 30% requirement or the top-3 rule is met, based on the award criteria configured in the procurement. A justification for the exception is always required when the requirement is not met.
The change applies to new procurements and procurements in draft.
Benefit: Procurements that prioritise environmental considerations now receive the correct environmental label on Doffin, and the flow ensures correct compliance with climate and environmental requirements.
Multi-select for user-defined categories
Users can now select multiple options for user-defined categories in both KGV and KAV. In addition, categories are now available in RFI and the planning stage, so that you can categorise procurements throughout the entire process.
Benefit: Greater flexibility in categorisation and data management across all procurement stages.
