A smarter AI Assistant, structured supplier risk management, and a better bid download - Sprint 12 delivers our biggest AI Assistant upgrade yet, alongside full supplier follow-up and risk tracking and a lot of enhancements related to call offs, requirements, contract management and evaluation. Here's everything that's landed.

🏢 For Contracting Authorities
A smarter AI Assistant for creating and editing procurements
We've rebuilt the AI Assistant from the ground up. It now works as a true assistant throughout the whole procurement creation process:
- Side panel chat: work with the AI Assistant in a resizable side panel, with your conversation history saved so you can pick up where you left off and track the status of each request.
- "Help me fill in this section": get AI help for any individual section of the procurement, not just the whole document at once.
- Smarter requirements & criteria support: the assistant can help draft and refine requirements and award/selection criteria.
- Template recommendations: the assistant suggests the right procurement template based on what you're creating.
- Doffin integration: DFØ's criteria guide is integrated, and the AI assistant will suggest and create requirements based on their recommendations.
- Attachments & screenshots: share files and screenshots with the assistant for more context-aware help

Supplier follow-up & risk management
A major new capability: structured, ongoing risk and relationship management with your suppliers.
- Send suppliers standardized digital forms for risk assessments (ROS), Due Diligence (DDQ), Integrity Due Diligence (IDD), and other audits.
- Build standardized forms from templates.
- Tag and categorize messages so follow-up requests are easy to track.
- Once a supplier has submitted a form, you review and score the response, categorizing it on a red/yellow/green scale for an at-a-glance risk overview per supplier.
- Suppliers flagged as medium or high risk are shown accordingly in the Supplier Register, where you can filter by all three risk levels (low, medium, high).
- A refreshed Supplier Register page makes it easier to see this information at a glance
📌Supplier Follow-Up and Risk Management
Call-offs improvements
- Buyers can now manually reject a supplier's call-off before they've accepted or responded, triggering the same automatic flow to move to the next supplier
- Fixed an issue with call-off handling when a supplier doesn't respond within the deadline

Restructured bid ZIP download
Bid documents downloaded as a ZIP are now organized by round and lot, making it much easier to find the document you need.
Procurement, Requirements & Evaluation improvements
- Editable requirements in change notices: make text edits to requirements and section titles/descriptions at any stage, with broader edits allowed before any supplier has submitted a bid
- Override price value in evaluation: manually adjust a price value used in the evaluation calculation when needed
- Text fields for price/cost award criteria: add free-text fields as an option alongside price and cost criteria
- Expand requirements one at a time: easier navigation when reviewing long requirement lists
- Improved requirement table readability
