This release focuses on improving collaboration across organizations, introducing early foundations for AI-assisted workflows, and continuing improvements to usability, accessibility, and overall platform experience.

🏢Contracting Authorities
Call-off notifications are sent to the correct recipients
Notifications related to call-offs are now sent to the call-off owner and contact person, instead of to organization administrators.
This applies to notifications about signing, acceptance, and rejection of call-offs, as well as milestone reminders.
Benefit: The right people stay informed about activity related to call-offs and contracts.

Shared templates visibility across organizations
Templates shared within the organizational hierarchy are now easier to discover.
Sub-organizations can view templates shared by their parent organization
Sibling organizations can access centrally maintained templates
Makes it easier to reuse existing templates across the organization
Benefit: Improved collaboration and greater consistency in procurement processes.

Template preview in draft mode
You can now preview templates while working in draft mode.
Quickly verify template structure and formatting before publishing
Ensure content appears correctly before using it in procurements or competitions
Benefit: Faster validation of templates and fewer formatting issues during procurement setup.
Contract contact persons can now be anyone in the organization
It is no longer required that contract contact persons have an administrator or editor role.
Contact persons are now purely informational and do not affect who receives notifications.
Benefit: Greater flexibility to register relevant contact persons without changing access rights.

Confirmation before withdrawing bids or qualifications
To prevent accidental actions, confirmation dialogs have been introduced.
A confirmation modal now appears when withdrawing bids
The same confirmation applies when withdrawing qualifications
Benefit: Added protection against accidental withdrawals and greater confidence when managing submissions.

Competition and call-off notifications sent to the correct team members
Notifications are now sent to team members directly associated with the relevant competition or contract, instead of the organization’s general administrators.
This applies to notifications about submission deadlines, additional information, Q&A, invitations to mini-competitions, and call-offs.
Benefit: The right people stay informed, regardless of who is the organization administrator.
