This article describes how to set up, save, and reuse custom views in the bid and contract overview, so you don't have to filter and sort the bid or contract list again every time you log in. You decide which columns are shown, which filters are active, how the list is sorted, and which categories are included. You save the setup under its own name, so you can pull it up again whenever you need it.

Setting up a view

Go to the bid or contract overview via the menu.
- Click Filter
- Check the filter you want to use.
- Click Apply filter to save your selection.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 to add all filters.

Select Columns to decide which columns are shown in the list.

Click a column header in the list to sort it by that column.
- Once you're happy with the view, click Save as new view.
- Add a name for the view.
- Click Save view to save the view.
The view is now available the next time you log in.
Switching between saved views
All your custom views are saved in the system. You can easily switch between your views by clicking on them.
The list updates immediately with the columns, filters, sorting, and categories from the selected view.
Editing a view
When you're inside a view, you can click the three dots on the far right to open a menu with more editing options:
- Rename view - Change the name of the view
- Duplicate view - Create a copy of the view
- Set as default view - Set the view you use most as the default
- Delete view - Remove the view permanently
Setting a view as default
You can set the view you use most as the default, so you don't have to see the general overview every time you log in.
- Open the view you want to use as default.
- Click the three dots on the far right.
- Click Set as default view.
The view is now saved as default for every login, and is marked with an icon next to its name.
Removing the default view
Here's how to remove a view as default:
- Open the view marked as default.
- Click the three dots on the far right.
- Click Remove as default view.
