🏢 For Contracting Authorities
Tagging in Specifications – Use Supplier Responses Directly in Smart Contracts
You can now tag supplier requests in specifications and link the supplier’s responses directly to smart contracts.
- Eliminates manual copying of supplier responses into the contract
- Provides better flow and structure in smart contracts
Benefit: Smoother transition from the bidding phase to contract signing without duplicated work.

New Dashboard for Planned Procurements
The listing page for planned procurements has been rebuilt into a dashboard with extended planning capabilities.
- Analyze total number of planned procurements, planned this month, and over the coming quarter
- Add and update estimated contract start date and the estimated publishing date for better overview
Benefit: Better planning visibility and more efficient resource management.

Publish Contract Award for DPS and Intent Announcements
- Intent Announcements: Contract award announcements can now be published to both Doffin and TED.
- DPS Competitions: Contract award announcements are now also sent to TED, in addition to Doffin which was previously supported.
Benefit: Fulfill the announcement obligation in Doffin and TED also for these procedures, directly in Artifik.

Specify Allowed Languages for Responses
You can now select allowed response languages per procurement, instead of the system always allowing Norwegian and English.
Benefit: You only receive bids in the languages you have actually opened for in the announcement.

Tasks and Approvals in Contract Templates
Support for tasks and approvals is now also available in smart contract templates.
- Add tasks and approval workflows directly in smart contract templates

Export Published Q&A as PDF
You can now download all published questions and answers from a procurement as one combined PDF.
- Includes only published Q&A entries
- Shows questions, answers, attachment names, publication time, and who published
- Marks Q&A entries transferred from messages via AI

Extended Access for Team Admins on Framework Agreements and DPS
Users who are administrators on the team for a framework agreement or DPS qualification now have full access to associated mini-competitions, call-offs, and DPS competitions on behalf of subordinate and sister organizations, without needing a separate organizational role.
Benefit: Easier access management in corporate structures. You don’t need to grant users broad organizational roles just so they can create or follow competitions and call-offs under a common framework agreement or DPS.

Procurement Information on Dynamic Purchasing System
It is now possible to use the field for Procurement information on DPS. This way you can add information about the DPS directly in Artifik instead of using a file attachment. The field can only contain text.

Reverse Award Decision
You can now reverse the awarding and make a new award decision in an ongoing competition. For example, after a complaint from a supplier during the grace period, or if errors are discovered before the contract is signed.
- Send updated award letters again to all affected suppliers
- Previously awarded suppliers are shown as a basis for the new evaluation
Benefit: Handle complaints and corrections directly in Artifik with full traceability on why the decision was changed.
The following limitations apply:
- For standard contracts without lots, you can re-award at any time before the contract is signed.
- For standard contracts with lots, you can re-award up until the contract draft is created.
- For framework agreements, you can re-award up until the contract draft is created.

📦 For Suppliers
Improvements for Consortium and Subcontractors
The workflow for consortia and subcontractors has been improved.
- Subcontractors and consortium members can now upload documentation directly when confirming support
Benefit: Clearer process and better document handling in collaborative bids.
