Custom dynamic fields
A new tool that allows sub-organizations to insert their own values into shared templates without copying the template or manually editing each competition.
- The root organization marks text parts in procurement templates as dynamic fields
- Sub-organizations can override the text in the inherited fields, and toggle them on or off for their own organization
- Sub-organizations can also create their own dynamic fields for their own templates
Benefit: Flexible local customization combined with continued central template management.

Improvements for tasks and approvals
Workflows for tasks and approvals have been expanded for clearer context and better team collaboration.
- Title on approval tasks provides better context and traceability
- Approvals can be withdrawn when changes are needed, and the procurement is still in draft
- Tasks and approvals can now be added to smart contracts.
- Clearer link between task and associated text, so it should be easier to see which task is linked to which text.
Benefit: Clearer approval processes and more flexible collaboration.

Updated rules for DPS competitions
We have introduced new validation for when a DPS competition can be started.
- The first DPS competition can be started no earlier than 30 days after the announcement of the DPS on Doffin
- Before the first DPS competition, all submitted qualification applications must be fully assessed
- For subsequent DPS competitions, an application can be under review for up to 10 days
- New banners show what is missing and when the next action can be taken
Benefit: You clearly see what needs to be in place before you can proceed with a DPS competition.

Adjust contract start date after signing
You can now adjust the start date of a contract after signing. The end date updates automatically based on the duration.
Benefit: You can sign the contract now and still set the effective date to another date.

Submit an offer as a consortium
Suppliers can now collaborate as a consortium and submit a joint offer.
- The main supplier invites consortium members and coordinates the joint offer
- Each member submits their own ESPD and can answer selected qualification requirements
- Statuses are kept synchronized between members and the main supplier
Benefit: Easier coordination when multiple suppliers join forces on a joint offer.

Clearer handling of invitations to subcontractors
The invitation flow for subcontractors has been made more transparent and flexible.
- Withdraw or delete invitations as needed
- Clearer statuses show who is invited and what is pending
Benefit: Fewer misunderstandings and better control during the bidding phase.

๐ General improvements
Confirmation before smart documents are deleted
When you remove a smart document with contentโeither by answering No to whether a section should use a smart document, or by deleting an award criterionโyou now get a confirmation dialog before the content is deleted.
Benefit: Safer workflow with less risk of losing content by misclick.
Stability and performance
This version also includes a number of technical and usability improvements:
