Improved Lots Management
Weโve refined the way you create and manage lots to give you better structure and control throughout the procurement process.
- Each lot now has its own dedicated section for entering and managing details
- Breadcrumb navigation has been added for better orientation
- Clear confirmation dialogs when adding or deleting lots
- The preview experience has been updated to reflect the new supplier flow structure

Enhanced Qualification Flow
The qualification process has been improved to give you more flexibility and faster workflows.
You can now reject participants directly from the supplier tab

Contract Contact Flexibility
Managing contract ownership is now more flexible.
Contract managers can now be added as the contact person for all contracts
Benefit: Clearer ownership and improved communication across contract management.

Improved Lots Experience in the Bidding Flow
Weโve reworked the bidding experience to make lot handling more intuitive and structured.
- Lot selection is now integrated directly into the bid flow
- When multiple lots are available, a clear dropdown makes it easy to switch between them
- General enhancements to improve clarity and reduce friction during submission

Expanded Permissions for Supplier Editors
Supplier Editors now have greater flexibility within their organization.
- Supplier Editors can now create bids
- Supplier Editors can accept invitations to procurements

Improved texts and error messages
We have made a significant improvement to the quality of texts and feedback throughout the platform.
- Around 70 new error messages have been added to provide clearer guidance when something goes wrong
- Over 400 texts have been updated in both Norwegian and English
- Error messages are more action-oriented and easier to understand
