Click Save lots to save your choices.
Complete Required Information per Lot
Once the draft has been created, you must complete all required information before the response can be submitted.
The following sections are shared across all lots and are completed only once:
- About the organization
- Procurement documents
This is followed by tabs that must be completed separately for each lot:
- Qualification
- Requirements
- Award criteria
- Bid documents
In the tabs that must be completed per lot, you can switch between lots using the dropdown menu. Here, you will also see a visual indicator showing how many required fields have been completed for the selected lot.
Procurements with Rounds and Negotiations
In procurements with multiple rounds, you can navigate between previous responses and the current draft using the drop-down menu. You will find it in the Submission tab.
Further Guidance for Completing Information per Lot
Completion of Qualification, Requirement, Award criteria, and Bid documents is carried out in exactly the same way as in procurements without lots. The only difference is that you must complete these fields separately for each lot.
