This helps you protect sensitive information while allowing everyone to do their job effectively.

Admin
Administrators have access to their own supplier organization and can perform practical and administrative tasks in qualification and tender processes.
Administrators can:
- Manage users and access within their organization
- Create and edit qualification applications and tenders
- Sign and submit qualification applications and tenders
- Sign and follow up on contracts
Editor
Editors focus on preparing and responding to qualification applications and tenders in Artifik, with access to all the necessary tools.
Editors can:
- Create and edit qualification applications and tenders
- Submit questions in ongoing processes
- Work on all tenders within the supplier organization
- Prepare tenders for submission
Editors cannot:
- Invite new users
- Sign or submit tenders
The Editor role is well-suited for those who actively work on tender preparation but do not have the authority to create or sign.
Viewer
As a Viewer, you can follow the supplier's activities, but you cannot make changes or submit tenders.
Viewers can:
- View ongoing and completed processes and related documents
- Track the status of ongoing tenders and contracts
This role is ideal for individuals who need insight without being directly involved in the preparation or submission of tenders.
