Tips for submitting a good support request
How quickly we can find a solution depends on how much information we receive to understand the issue from the start.
Here are a few tips to help us help you faster:
- Include a screenshot of where the problem occurs. Make sure the screenshot shows the entire screen and is not cropped.
- If you received an error message, include the date and time it appeared.
- Add a link to the procurement or contract the issue concerns.
- Be as specific as possible about the context (e.g. RFI, framework agreement, tender phase, qualification phase, etc.).
- Mention any deadlines that make the case urgent.
- If it’s urgent, you can write this in the subject line.
