Sometimes you may need to withdraw a submitted response, whether it is a qualification application or a bid. In Artifik, this is easy to do, and you are free to submit an updated version as long as the deadline has not passed.
After the response has been withdrawn, you can update both fields and attachments before submitting again.

How to withdraw a response
- Open the competition either by selecting Bids via the Menu, from the link in the email you received, or through the publication on Doffin or TED.
- Go to the Bid or Submission tab inside the competition.
- Open the section Summary and sign
- Click Withdraw bid your offer (or the equivalent option for qualification applications).
Information: If you do not intend to submit a new offer,
you do not need to take any further action after the response has been withdrawn.
Update and submit again
After the response has been withdrawn, you can edit all your answers and update attachments in Artifik.
- Make the necessary changes to fields and attachments.
- When finished, go to the Summary and sign section.
- At the bottom of the page, you can sign and submit the response again.
