🏢For Contracting Authorities
Create and Manage Individual Lots
You can now create and work with individual lots, making it easier to fine-tune requirements and evaluations per lot.
- You can now run qualification processes per lot, where needed.
- Suppliers will now see and respond to lots and rounds directly in their bidding flow, with clear separation between each lot.
Benefit: Better control and clearer procurement structures.
Smarter Rules for Estimated Value
We’ve simplified how the estimated value works:
- It’s only required when Framework Agreement = Yes
- It’s never required for mini-competitions
Benefit: Less unnecessary input, improved flexibility, fewer interruptions, and clearer rules.
Improved sharing across organizations
Sharing just got simpler and smarter:
- Share DPS, FA and Templates with all sibling organizations, not just sub-organizations
- Automatic sharing with newly created sibling organizations
- Existing sub-organization sharing continues as before
→ What this means for you: Less manual setup and better consistency across your organization.
📦For Suppliers
Lots and Rounds in the Supplier Flow
Suppliers will now see and respond to lots and rounds directly in their bidding flow, with clear separation between each lot.
Benefit: Less confusion for and cleaner, more accurate submissions.

Accessibility Improvements (WCAG)
We’ve continued improving accessibility across Artifik, with WCAG-aligned adjustments covering navigation, contrast, and assistive technology support.
Benefit: A smoother, more inclusive experience for everyone.
