Sprint 0 was released on January 20th 2026.
This release includes several improvements aimed at simplifying collaboration, awarding processes, and contract management. In addition, a number of bugs have been fixed, and smaller usability improvements have been made across the platform.

🏢For Contracting Authorities
Sharing Across Organization Hierarchies
- Templates, DPS, and framework agreements can now be shared with organisations at the same level in the organisation hierarchy.
Benfit: This makes it easier to reuse existing setups and collaborate across related organisations, reducing unnecessary duplication.

Updated Awarding Flow
- The awarding flow has been updated with a new user interface that provides clearer steps and better guidance throughout the process.
Benefit: The new flow makes awarding more structured and easier to complete correctly.
New User Roles
Two new organisation-level roles have been added. These are available for contracting authorities:
- Contract Manager
- Requester
Benefit: These roles support clearer responsibility distribution and improved access control in contract-related workflows.

Activity Log Improvements
- The activity log has been extended with improved logging of changes related to selection and award criteria.
Benefit: This provides better traceability and documentation for procurement decisions.

Bid Submission Enhancements
- File upload during bid submission has been improved with better performance, increased reliability, and clear progress indicators.
Benefit: The solution now handles large files and unstable connections more robustly.
📋General improvements
Contract signing reminders
Support for reminders to sign contracts has been added.
Benefit: Relevant parties are automatically notified to help ensure contracts are signed on time and to reduce delays.
Other fixes and improvement
This release includes:

- over 13 minor usability improvements
