If you have been invited to submit a bid or to a direct call-off in Artifik, you will receive an invitation by email. You can also find the invitation on your dashboard.
This article explains how to find and open these invitations.
Open invitation via dashboard
All invitations you receive are displayed in a dedicated section on the dashboard under Home in the menu.
Scroll down the page until you find the Invitations section.
Click View invitation to see details about a specific invitation and to respond to it.
Click View all to see a complete list of all invitations you have received.
Open invitation via email
If you can’t find the email, you can log into Artifik and locate the tender yourself under Menu – Bids.
You can also use the search bar to find the tender based on its title, reference number, or the name of the contracting authority.
