You will then have access to submit a response and communicate with the contracting authority in the Messages tab. If the contracting authority has shared questions and answers, you'll find these in the Questions and answers tab.
There are two ways to respond to an RFI, depending on how the buyer has chosen to set it up.
- Respond via respond fields: If the contracting authority has added response fields, you’ll see them in the lower half of the Home tab. There will also be a green button labeled Start Responding.
- Respond via the Communications tab: If no response fields have been added, there will be no green button. You must then submit your response via the Communications tab.
Responding via the response fields

Click Start Responding to activate the response window.
Fill in the fields the contracting authority has set up. Depending on the configuration, you may answer yes/no questions, multiple-choice questions, free text, or upload documents.

Once submitted, Artifik will clearly show a green checkmark and the text Response Submitted as confirmation.
