This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to submit a qualification application in Artifik.
Before you can begin your application, you must be registered as a supplier and logged into Artifik.

Follow the Procurement and Create a Draft
On the Home tab of the procurement, you will see two options:
- Follow procurement: You will receive notifications about changes, but will not actively participate in the competition.
- Create an application for qualification: This will automatically generate a draft application for you.
Once you have created a draft, the procurement will have five tabs:
- Submission: This is your draft application, where you enter your information
- Team: Here you will find all members of the offer team, and you can manage them.
- Procurement details: Here you can find all the information about the procurement from the buyer.
- Communications: Use this tab to communicate with the buyer.
- Questions and Answers: Here you'll find information, in the form of questions and answers, that the buyer has chosen to share with all participants.
Complete the Application
In the Submission tab, you will find the draft response divided into different sections.
You can now click through each section and fill in the required information. You do not need to fill inn the sections in any particular order, but can navigate between them freely.
You can check your progress in each section in the menu at the top. The numbers show how many required fields remain before each section is ready for submission. When all required fields in a section are completed, it will be shown with a green checkmark.
For each qualification requirement in Qualification, you must confirm whether the requirement is met by you alone or not. If the contracting authority requires documentation, you will have the option to upload files or provide a documentation source as a URL.
Invite subcontractors
If you do not fulfill an award criterion on your own, you’ll be given the option to invite subcontractors.

Submit the Application
When all required fields are completed, you can go to the Summary and signing section. Here you will see an overview of your application. At the bottom of the page, you can submit your qualification application.
Click Submit application to send it. The button to submit will not be activated until all required fields in all sections have been completed.
A confirmation message will appear, indicating that your application has been submitted.
After submission, you can continue to monitor messages and questions from the buyer, or withdraw your application if needed.
You will receive an email notification once a decision has been made by the buyer.
