This article explains how to respond to an ESPD request in Artifik.
ESPD is integrated into Artifik, and you respond to the ESPD request by answering the following:
- Selection criteria
- Exclusion grounds
- Any criteria or rules for selection added by the buyer
In addition, you may invite companies to support the fulfilment of the selection criteria. An ESPD is only required from companies that contribute to meeting one or more of the selection criteria.
If you use subcontractors to deliver in accordance with the contract, an ESPD is not required. Please note that the contracting authority may request an ESPD from all subcontractors if they wish. If this is the case, it will be explicitly stated in the procurement documents.
Selection criteria
The selection criteria specified by the contracting authority can be found in the Qualification tab in your response.
Here, you can respond to the selection criteria and upload documentation if the contracting authority has specified that the requirement must be documented upon submission.
Exclusion grounds
The grounds for exclusion are also found in the About supplier tab.
You can choose to respond to each ground for exclusion individually, or mark all of them as No.
Rules for selection
If the contracting authority has criteria and rules for selection, these will appear at the top of the Qualification tab.
Here, you will be asked if you approve of the criteria.
