- RFIs give you the opportunity to provide input and feedback in the early stages of a procurement process.
- Competitions are formal processes where you can submit qualification applications or tenders.
How to Find Procurements and RFIs
As a supplier in Norway or the EU, you can find relevant RFIs and competitions on public platforms such as:
Via Doffin, click on Go do documents under Competition documents.
If the contracting authority is using Artifik as their procurement platform, you will be redirected to Artifik. Here you can access detailed information about the announcement, view published questions and answers, and choose to follow the announcement or participate in the RFI or competition.

When you follow a link from Doffin or TED to Artifik, you will get detailed information such as:
- Timeline
- About the procurement
- Contract details
- Selection criteria
- Award criteria

- Information about the contracting authority
