If a supplier does not meet one or more selection criteria alone, they can invite subcontractors to help fulfill the requirements. This article describes how you as a subcontractor responds to such an invitation.

If you are asked to participate in a procurement as a subcontractor, you will receive an invitation by email (Norwegian example below).
Click the link in the email. You will be taken to a page where you fill out information about your organization and respond to the selection criteria that the main supplier has asked you to support.
As a subcontractor, you may also be asked to respond to any exclusion grounds.
When all required fields are completed, a button to submit your response will appear at the bottom of the page. Click Submit response to send your answers to the main supplier.
Once your response is submitted to the main supplier, you will receive a confirmation by email (Norwegian example below).
