As a supplier, you may, in some cases, be linked to multiple organizations. This may be relevant if you participate in competitions and procurements on behalf of different companies or departments. It may also be the case that it is not yet decided which organization will submit the offer, meaning you may need to follow the procurement for several organizations at once.
This article explains how, as a member of multiple organizations, you can:
How to be added to multiple organizations
To gain access to multiple organizations:
You must already have a user account linked to one organization
An administrator in the new organization must add you using the email address you are already registered with
Alternatively, you can create the second organization yourself it it doesn't already exists. You can do this in the organization settings.
Once this has been done, you will automatically gain access to the new organization the next time you log in.
Follow procurements on behalf of multiple organizations
If you are a member of several organizations, you can choose which organization you want to follow a procurement on behalf of, using the dropdown menu.
This ensures that:
The correct organization is shown as a participant in the procurement
access rights and notifications are handled correctly
If several of your organizations need to follow the same procurement, you can follow it once per organization.
This means you may follow the same procurement multiple times, one time for each organization you represent.
This gives you the opportunity to create and manage multiple offers in the same competition, one per organization.
Create and edit submissions
When you create a new application or bid, you will first be asked to choose which organization you are submitting on behalf of.
If an offer has already been created for one organization within the competition, you cannot create additional offers for the same organization.
This ensures that each organization submits only one response per competition.

Notifications
Notifications are sent separately for each organization.
This means that if you participate with multiple organizations in the same competition, you may receive several similar notifications, one for each organization.
Notifications always clearly indicate which organization they relate to.
If several people participate in the team for a response, all team members receive the same notifications.
