Supplier Registration in Artifik

To use Artifik as a supplier, your company must first be registered.
The registration process is quick and easy, and you can add additional users to your organization at no extra cost.

How to Register Your Company

  1. Go to the registration page:
    📌 Register your company in Artifik
  2. Enter your company’s organization number.
  3. Follow the instructions to complete the registration.
Tip: If your company does not have its own website, you can search for your company in the Brønnøysund Register Centre and use the search result link as your website.
If your company is not listed in the Brønnøysund Register Centre, you can use a similar company registry from your home country or another relevant online source as your website reference.

If the Company is Already Registered

Access After Registration

Once your company is registered, you will get access to the supplier portal in Artifik, where you can manage your processes.

Here you can:

  • Respond to RFIs
  • Manage qualification applications
  • Manage tenders
  • Manage contracts

For Companies Not Registered in Norway

If your company is not registered in Norway (meaning it does not exist in the Brønnøysund Register Centre), you can select Not from Norway? Enter details manually in the registration form and register your company manually here:
