If your organization is already registered in Artifik, you can easily request access. This way, you don’t have to create the organization again, and you’ll quickly get access to competitions, tenders, and contracts. It also prevents duplicates in the supplier register.
This article explains how to request access to a company already registered in Artifik.
How to Request Access
- Go to the registration page in Artifik.
- Search for your company by using the organization number or company name.

If the company is already registered, you will see a message confirming this:
There is already a profile for [Company Name] registered in Artifik. - Fill out the request:
- Email: Your email address
- Name: Your name

Message: Optional – you can write a short message to the company’s administrator.
- Click Request Access to send your request.
- If you searched for the wrong company, you can click Search organization again to try again.
Confirm Your Email
After you have sent the request, you must confirm your email to complete it. You will receive a one-time password sent to your email.
Enter the 6-digit confirmation code that was sent to your email.
Click Verify Account.
The Request Has Been Sent
Once your email is confirmed, your request is sent to the company’s administrators.
Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email with the response.
