As an administrator in Artifik, you'll receive requests from users who want access to your company.
When a new request is submitted, you will automatically receive an email notification so you can quickly review the request.
Email Notification for New Requests
When a user requests access to your company, you will receive an email with the subject "Supplier has requested to join [Company Name] in the Artifik solution."
The email includes:
- The name and email address of the person requesting access
- The reason for the request (if the user provided a message)
- A link that takes you directly to the request in Artifik
Click the link in the email to open the request in Artifik.
How to Approve or Decline a Request
- Go to Organization Settings > Members in Artifik.
- Under Pending Members, you will find an overview of all incoming requests.
- Click Approve to grant access, or Reject to decline the request.
4. If you click Reject, a confirmation window will appear.
5. Enter a reason for rejecting the request.
6. Click Reject to confirm.
The user will receive an email notification with information about how you responded to their request.
What Happens When You Approve the Request?
- The user will receive an email with the subject "Request to join has been approved."
- The user can follow the link in the email to complete their registration.
