Artifik is a full-featured procurement execution tool (KGV/KAV) used by contracting authorities to carry out public procurements. As a supplier, you can use Artifik free of charge to receive invitations, find competitions, submit tenders, and follow up on contracts.
This article gives you an overview of the most important things you need to know when using Artifik for the first time. Here, you will learn how to:
1. Register your company
When you register your company in Artifik for the first time, it is added to our supplier registry. This means:
contracting authorities can find your company when searching for suppliers
your company can more easily be invited directly to procurements
you gain access to features such as tender submission, messaging, and contract follow-up
Registration is therefore the first step to participating in competitions and interacting with contracting authorities in the platform. Here is a help article that explains the process:

An administrator can invite new users directly from the organization settings.
