In this article, you will learn how to change, add, or remove contact persons on a contract as a supplier in Artifik.
About contact persons
Contact persons do not need to be registered as users in Artifik. You can add anyone by entering their name and email address.
You can change, remove, and add new contact persons at any time.
It is possible to have multiple contact persons on the same contract.

How to change contact person as a supplier
Note: To edit contact persons, you must have the Administrator or Editor role on the contract.
- Log in and navigate to Contracts via the menu in the upper left corner.
- Find the contract you want to change the contact person on, either via the search field or available filters.
- Open the contract and scroll down to the Contact information section.
- Click Edit.
- Click Add manually and enter the name and email address. The person does not need to be registered in Artifik.
- (Optional) Click Delete to remove an existing contact person.
