To read help articles for buyers in Artifik’s help center, you must be registered as a user.
If you have a user in our help center, you also receive many other benefits, including a simple overview of support issues sent to us from your organization.
Note: The user in our help center is not the same as in Artifik's KGV/KAV.
How to Register
- Click Log in at the top right corner of the help center.
- Click New to Artifik AS? Sign up at the bottom of the login window.
👉 You can also go directly to the registration page here: Sign up in Artifik Support - Fill in your Full name and Email address.
- Click Sign up.
- You will receive an email with a link to verify your email address and set a password.
- Once your account is confirmed, you can log in and access all buyer articles in the help center.
Important to Know
- Only buyer articles require login. Supplier articles are available without registration.
- You don’t need to use the same email address as the one registered in Artifik, but we recommend it to ensure clear and consistent communication.
